Money Heist Season 5 Story:

In this season we get to see that without the guidance of the professor, they are taking their own decisions. In the last season, Gandia, the head guard of the Bank of Spain, has been somehow controlled by these people. But now Colonel Tomayo has sent a team of Special Forces of the Spanish Army inside the bank. Under the leadership of dangerous commandos named Sagasta, 8 people have come to kill these thieves and evacuate the Bank of Spain.

Earlier this matter was being handled by the Spanish Police. They aimed to save the common people and bank employees who have been held hostage by these thieves. But the army wants to vacate the Bank of Spain on any condition, regardless of the lives of those people. And those thieves want to get out of the bank by any means taking their gold. Money Heist Season 5 Trailer:

Money Heist Season 5 Review:

Some new characters have also been launched in season five of Money Heist. Like René, Tokyo’s first boyfriend, who dies in a petty bank robbery. Berlin’s son Raphael, who has an engineering degree in cyber security from MIT, Massachusetts. A musician named Tantiana helps Berlin with the theft. Sagasta, the commander of the Army’s Special Forces, has participated in many dangerous missions around the world. But not many people know about him because he has always been undercover. Sagasta is sent to evacuate the Bank of Spain. But how the rest of the characters become a part of this heist remains to be seen.

In this series, the professor’s role is smaller than before because he is in the custody of Alicia. Apart from the theft taking place in the Bank of Spain, the focus of this series is more on the character of Tokyo. In this series, we get to see the origin story of that character. That is, where did his story begin? Plus the narrator of this entire series is also Tokyo itself. In 2012 came the Oliver Stone-directed film ‘Savages’. The character of Ophelia played by Blake Lively in this film narrates the film.

We can’t tell you more about the character of Tokyo. Lisbon does the work of decision-making in the absence of the professor. When these people robbed the Royal Mint of Spain, they had to deal with the Spanish police. But now the level is up. The game has grown. The Spanish Army is Involved.

Overall, in the first five episodes of this series, women’s influence is more visible than men’s.

The specialty of Money Heist is its thrill. The interrelationship of its characters. Its Backstory their dilemmas. Non-Linear Storytelling. Nice action. Background score full of adrenaline rush. Impulsive decision-making of hot mind thieves and Professor’s Logic Defining Planning and Its Execution.

Overall, this was the story of some losers, who are lost from this world. This theft gives them a purpose. You get to see all this in the new season of the show. And everything is worse and better than before. This is both a good and bad thing about the series. This is because people liked this show because of its qualities. But almost the same story has been seen in every season of this show. The piracy of the Royal Mint of Spain ended in the first two seasons. But the Bank of Spain theft has been going on for the last three seasons. It seems that the makers are dragging the story like rubber to capitalize on the interest of the audience in this show.

Whoever starts taking action against these thieves, the professors start threatening and blackmailing him. The policeman who takes the responsibility of solving this robbery, these thieves somehow include him in their team. From above, they give the name of the Rebellion to this theft by singing Bella Ciao. Despite all the shortcomings, the experience of watching this series does not look bad. It is also fun to see the old storyline in the new package. This helps in the fast pace of this show. Many times it happens that you are watching a series. But in between, some part of the story happens in which you feel bored. But such things are happening one after the other in this series, which do not let you take your eyes off the screen even for a second. You cannot start this series and leave it in the middle. Such is its grip.

It seems like a formula that has been cracked by the makers of Money Heist. What the audience likes to watch, they are serving them exactly what they want. Due to this, they are getting a large viewership. Because our mind has become accustomed to seeing that kind of content. This is a good thing for the makers of the show. But it is our loss as a spectator. Because we are ready to see the same worn-out content again with new packaging. Are ready to spend hard-earned money and their precious time for that. It has become like some magic trick, which, despite having seen it many times, looks new every time.

Verdict:

Those who have watched the previous seasons of this series will definitely see the new season. But they will not get anything fresh in it. Those who have not seen can also watch the fifth season directly. They will not understand some part of the story but it will be fun to watch.
