Rajkummar Rao and Nusrat Bharucha starrer film Chhalaang has been released on Amazon Prime Video. The story of this film teaches a lot and is quite refreshing.
Lots of people teach us not to give up in life. But unless you do nothing for your own situation, it is useless to say anything to others. To improve your situation, to move forward, to get respect in life, and to set an example, you have to move your feet on your own. And this is the story of taking something a step further and showing Rajkummar Rao and Nusrat Bharucha starrer Chhalaang.
Chhalaang Movie Story:
This story begins in Haryana. Mohinder Hooda aka Montu (Rajkumar) is a PTI i.e. PT Teacher of a government school. Montu’s life is cut in great comfort and fun. He sometimes teaches school children something, otherwise, the bus sitting in the ground only passes the time. Montu has not done anything big in his life, just left things incomplete because it was easy to do. He also got his job in the same school in which he had studied as a child at the behest of his father.
Montu is befriended by his school teacher Venkat (Saurabh Shukla). This life was going well that Neelima Madam (Nusrat Bharucha), who is a computer teacher, comes to Montu’s school. Montu tries to impress Neelima. But now the love story has started, so does the arrival of the villain. So one day, new PT teacher Mr. Singh (Mohammad Zeeshan Ayub) comes to school. With the arrival of Mr. Singh, Montu is on the verge of snatching up his job, and respect. In such a situation, he will have to do something. Montu then decides to fight a sports competition with Mr. Singh, in which both will train the school children to compete with each other and the one who wins will get everything.

Performance:
Rajkumar Rao is one of those Bollywood actors who never disappoints you. He can be given any role, he plays it very comfortably. He has done the same in the Chhalaang. Montu’s character is very simple and funny, and even more important is that he does not give up when he is on the path of changing his situation. Nusrat Bharucha has done a good job in the role of Montu’s strength and love Neelima. Her role may be small but her work and style are worth watching.
When it comes to supporting characters, Satish Kaushal in the role of Montu’s father, Saurabh Shukla in the role of friend and teacher, Baljinder Kaur in the role of mother, and Ella Arun in the role of the principal of the school have done amazing work. In any scene, these experienced actors do not disappoint you. Mohammad Zeeshan Ayub has also done a good job in the role of Mr. Singh as ‘Villain’ in the movie. His look was also quite right. The school children were also amazing.
Direction:
Director Hansal Mehta knew that he needed a good story for such a great star cast and he gave it to the audience. The story has been written by Luv Ranjan and after a long time, in the story written by Luv Ranjan, no girl is working to cheat and cheat the boy. Director Hansal Mehta has shown the school and PT teacher’s life, Haryana city, and other things very well. The music of the film is also very good. This does not mean that the film does not have flaws. But they can be ignored. Overall, you too will miss your school days. The film Chhalaang is a refreshing story that teaches you how to move forward, not give up, do something, and teaches good sportsmanship.
